Our Story
After COVID-19, many hotels in Bali experienced problems with bank loans. Most hotel owners could only afford interest payments, but the principal was unpaid. Ultimately, the bank took over and attempted to auction the hotel to the public.
However, PT. SPHM HOSPITALITY BALI took the initiative to purchase the hotel through a joint venture between trust members, offering an annual return on investment (ROI) of 9% to 11% and offering 18 free nights per year. This is transferable but not cashable, and the 18 free nights cannot be rolled over to the following year.
